Easter is this weekend in case you forgot like I did... Good thing I was reminded though, because I can let you know what I would say the best line up of wines for Sunday would be. First up is the Dark Horse Merlot, being of the lighter class of reds it will not over power your food and will add a layer jamminess, slight molasses notes to finish off with a nice velvetiness. As for a white, we just recently brought in a white blend that I have enjoied from a handful of wineries and really enjoyed. The Terra d'Oro Chenin Blanc/Viogner blend is one of those whites that fills a niche of being semi-dry but still very tropical and floral without being overly sweet or fruity. And lastly, and not for the first time either, Villa Wolf Rose, I have mentioned this one a coulpe times over the last year and I still stand firm on this being a great wine to entertain with being that it is light enough to enjoy while cooking and fruity enough that even Grandma will love it. If these three aren't what you are feeling like, we have other great options for you to choose from. Happy Easter.
