This month we will be featuring Pedroncelli Winery, based in Sonoma County in the city of Geyserville, and this year they are celebrating 90yrs of wine production spanning four generations of family ownership in a very competitive industry. We will have them as our featured wine tasting this Friday, April 17th, from 5-7pm. We will be sampling out their Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Petite Sirah, Cabernet & Zinfandel, all five varieties will be available for purchase all month long at $2 off a bottle.

Easter is coming up this weekend and we have just the wines to pair with family, friends and chocolate bunnies alike. A mix of styles and sources make for a great dinner conversation, so we have a mix of Domestic and Import wines from as "close" as New York to as far away as Italy.
-------------------
Salmon Run Chardonnay Riesling blend, from New York, this dry white wine is bursting with flavor ranging from creamy citrus to refreshing pear. A great wine for lighter fare and lamb.
Valforte Rosé, a dry Italian rosé with notes of dried cherry, strawberry and a touch of tart raspberry, this wine is great for when guest arrive 2 hours early and don't want to help with meal prep but really want to talk about their neighbors new dog.
Dynamite Red blend, a classic California blend most likely of Cabernet & Merlot, this wine is a great example of new world winemaking of an old world style, the French Bordeaux. Bold in flavor and aroma, this wine is a great addition to any big meaty meals you might have planned.
Canti Moscato, traditional Italian sweet white wine with a bit of frizzante! This sweet Italian white has a touch of sparkling bubbles to it making it the perfect companion to after dinner festivities, especially if ice cream, peach cobbler or scrabble are involved.
Fonseca Porto Bin 27 Reserve Port, this Port is the perfect balance of flavor, deep rich raisin and tobacco flavors with a smooth velvety finish of cherry and dates. This is the best friend to chocolate in all its forms, from mousse to artisanal shaped pieces as well as sitting back and relaxing after all the guests have left.
