Last weekend seemed like a perfect opportunity to have a Woodford Manhattan, but first a sip of Woodford neat. I get some really smooth nutty caramel flavor in this with a decent amount of spice. On to the Manhattan. A couple of cubes, some dry vermouth and some Bittercube Jamaican #2 with grapefruit, hibiscus, and spices and I was in business. Just a half a dropper of Jamaican #2 goes a long way, but livens up the drink. Yep, Manhattans are my new cocktail of choice.
