After trying most of Lucette's beers I'm going to go ahead and label them the yeast masters. This sounds weird, but their beers all have a very distinctive yeast derived flavor that hints at the fact that they understand the brewing and fermentation process extremely well.

Hips Don'e Lie is their most recent seasonal six pack can offering. We need more six packs of 16 oz. cans in the world! This beer is best described as a very crisp Hefeweizen with a finish of sweet artisinal honey. There is only maybe the slightest amount of bite from the hops and rose hips (fruit from the rose bush). This brew is extremely complex yet clean. A lot of beer with unique flavorings going on are the kind of thing you only want one of. Not Hips Don't Lie
