The beauty of this beer is it's simplicity and execution. You will notice right away as you smell and sip that there is a hint of nutty roast, but the malt is not overwhelming. This hold true with the hops as well. Just enough to make the beer crisp but not enough to lose focus. With its lighter body, this is one of the few beers that's enjoyable on a ninety degree day like today or when the chill of fall finds its way to Minnesota. Who knew this style could be so refreshing?
