Reluctantly, summer is giving way to fall. I feel like we should be sad about this, but so many amazing fall seasonal beers are showing up that the blow has been softened. Ayinger Oktoberfest Marzen is here again!

This is hands down the best German made Oktoberfest. Its appearance is lighter in color than many in the style with an impressive nutty white bread aroma. The flavor is full of hearty breadiness, with a hint of smooth caramel. There’s an impressive malt depth going on here with a surprisingly dry finish. This seems like about the perfect beer to drink while watching a football game outdoors. Quick, someone smuggle this into TCF Stadium and report your findings.
