Kiuchi Brewery - Kikusakai Sake

Asamurasaki: Naturally red in color, with slight sweet berry-like aromas and flavors, with a slight "spritz" feeling
Kurahibiki: A high polish rice sake (45%), very elegant with citrus and melon aromas
Gekkakow: Their most prestigious sake made from very medium polish rice (35%), and cold fermented for three years before release.
Kurashizuku: A very high polish rice (50%) Nigori (unfiltered) sake, leaning more towards the light, sweeter side
Tarusake: Cedar barrel matured sake with notes of pepper, cedar and a slight bitterness
