With that we'd like to introduce the lineup of Bittercube Bitters to our store.
Each variety is a unique flavor profile designed by Nicholas Kosevich and Ira Koplowitz to match up well with a specific set of cocktails. Use one of the Jamaican or Orange varieties for a mojito or rum old-fashioned, the Bolivar for champagne cocktails or a lighter, more floral take on a whiskey or rum drink. Our personal favorite is the cherry bark variety for a twist on the classic Manhattan or other whiskey cocktails.
Here's an awesome recipe you should try -
3 ounces Templeton Rye
1 ounce Martini & Rossi Vermouth
2 dashes Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
Directions: Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
