Heads up, I am apologizing now, and again later for the novel...

If you do not receive our weekly newsletter, which you should sign up for *hint* *hint*, this post is to inform you of a temporary hiatus to our weekly Friday evening tastings. However, just because we will not be having a scheduled tasting does not mean you will be high and dry with nothing interesting on the docket. Every Friday, for the duration of the hiatus, and afterwards as well, we will be posting regular reviews on Facebook, Twitter (which will be interesting for sure), and here on the website on new, interesting and revisited wines and spirits. This will not be affecting the beer end of things, so no worries there. This hiatus will be a good thing though, once we get everything settled back in and going again, the new format we will be using to make them happen will provide us, and you more so, with an even broader view and understanding of what you will be eventually sampling. I am extremely excited for this change; I am looking forward to sharing it with you as well.

Now. On to the new bonus I mentioned in the title... While talking about the decision to put our Friday evening tasting on hiatus we also started a conversation about how to make your stop in to the shop even better than it already is. After talking about giving away kittens and candy bars, we came up with the idea of offering up a similar deal as our mix and match beer deal. If you come in to the shop and make up a mixed 12 bottle case of wine, we are now going to be giving you a 10% discount on each non-sale bottle. Yay deals!

So, in summary, for the time being we are not going to be actively having Friday evening tastings, but, we will continue to introduce you to new and interesting beverages all over social media and our website. Also, if you buy a mixed 12 bottle case of wine, you will receive a 10% discount on each non-sale bottle.

Sorry for the novel, if you have any questions please feel free to drop by the store and ask one of us, we should either have an answer, or know which one of us does.

-Andrew

**So I have an update for you. We will be partially continuing our current friday tasting hiatus, however, after talking some we have decided to continue tasting out the Wine of the Month the first Friday of the month in the mean time. Thought you'd like to know. -A**
